THEELEPHANT

he album “The Elephant” is the result of a year’s work, in which we wanted to build the sound of the band, consisting of soul / blues sounds of the voice, distorted bass riffs, all driven by the urgent rhythm of the drums. The texts are inspired by the traditional themes of blues, contextualized to the contemporary.
The Elephant’s song lyrics refer to the surreal imaginary of dreams, whose themes relate to love, depression and spirituality. The dreamlike language used in the lyrics of the album was inspired by the poetry of William Blake, Dylan Thomas and Henry Michaux.
